Vinaigrette /vɪnəˈɡrɛt/ is an emulsion of vinegar and a form of oil, such as soybean oil, canola oil, olive oil, corn oil, sunflower oil, safflower oil, peanut oil, or grape seed oil, and sometimes flavored with herbs, spices, and other ingredients. It is used most commonly as a salad dressing, but also as a cold sauce or marinade.
Juicing! For a budget.
Okay so I HATE water. But I love juice.
I can’t have store bought juice, but I can have frozen and fresh fruits with my waters. I’ve been making homemade lemonade for phase two since on those days I can only have lemon or limes.
Today is Sunday and I can have berries so I switched to a berry blend water mix. There is approximately 1/3 cup of berries and the rest is water. Blend and pour. Since I’m supposed to drink half my body weight in water every day, I find that this helps me achieve that goal. Prepping with extra made in advanced.
Found this awesome reusable glass bottle from Earthfare in their dairy section.
